Terms of Service
Effective date: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the Northline Media Works LLC website and describe general terms that may apply before a separate project agreement is signed.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, submit malicious content, or misuse our intellectual property.
Estimates and proposals
Website prices and calculator results are planning estimates only and are not binding offers. Final scope, pricing, deliverables, payment terms, usage rights, and schedules are defined in a written proposal or services agreement.
Scheduling and deposits
Production dates are not reserved until the required agreement and deposit are received. Deposits may be non-refundable because they reserve production capacity and may cover pre-production costs.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely approvals, accurate information, authorized access to locations, and permission to use materials they provide. Delays in approvals or materials may affect the delivery schedule.
Revisions and changes
Included revisions are stated in the project agreement. Work outside the approved scope, additional revision rounds, reshoots, or changes after approval may require additional fees and schedule adjustments.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights are defined in the applicable project agreement. Northline retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, production methods, and working files unless expressly transferred in writing.
Third-party materials
Music, stock footage, fonts, talent, locations, and other third-party materials may be subject to separate licenses, restrictions, or renewal terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Project-specific liability terms are governed by the signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
